How much does it cost to implement Agilium SMQ? Is the administrator rate different from the user rate?

What is the difference between a “Reader” account and a “User” account?

A Reader can view and report, but cannot create or manage:

View all documents and information (EDM, QMS, Records, Process Diagrams)Consulter tous les documents et informations (GED, SMQ, Enregistrements, Dessin de process)
Confirm that a document has been read (read receipt)
Report a nonconformity or an opportunity
Initiate a workflow or a request in Records
Perform an action assigned to them in an action plan

A User has access to all platform features (depending on their assigned roles) and can, in particular:

Create a document and participate in document approval workflows
Create and manage action plans
Conduct and manage audits
Analyze nonconformities and manage quality processes

Simple rule: if the person only needs to view information, confirm it, or report an event → Reader. If they need to create, manage, or oversee content or processes → User.

For employees who leave the company, is their license billed on an annual basis, or does their subscription end at the end of the month?

Licenses are valid for one year, but as soon as a person leaves the company, their account is deactivated, and their license becomes available to be assigned to another user.

Is there a subscription with no commitment?

The Agilium SaaS platform is typically offered with a one-year renewable contract, but there is also a no-commitment subscription option that you can cancel at any time.

The Agilium SaaS subscription is billed monthly.

Is the administrator rate different from the user rate?

There are two types of licenses on the platform:

User licenses for those who actively participate in the platform: They create processes, fill out forms, or draft/approve a document or a step.

For users who only access the application to view documentation and process information, the first pack of 100 user licenses is included with your subscription. You can purchase additional user license packs.

It is possible to set up extranet areas for your customers, partners, distributors, etc., with specific accounts; please contact us.

The number of designated users can be increased at any time and may be reduced at the end of the contract’s anniversary date.

How much does it cost to implement Agilium SMQ?

For a Standard project, the deployment of your Agilium solution depends on the modules you choose:

EDM Module: €1,500 (excl. tax) QMS Module: €1,500 (excl. tax) Records Management Module: €2,000 (excl. tax)

Each module includes comprehensive support:
