A new business tool in the IT system always raises the same question: Will it add complexity or reduce it? Here are the three points you’ll want to address.

Integration with the Existing System

A tool that doesn’t integrate with your ERP or directory system leads to duplicate data entry, inconsistencies, and an unsolicited maintenance burden. Open and documented REST API, ERP connectors available, real-time data synchronization. Agilium integrates with your IT system without requiring any custom development.

Access Management and Authentication

Manually synchronizing user accounts across your tools is a source of errors and risks. Agilium supports SSO and Active Directory/LDAP integration for centralized identity management.

Data Security and Location

Before any deployment, you need to know where the data is hosted and who has access to it. Agilium data is hosted in Europe. Data hosted in Europe, TLS encryption, and ISO 27001-certified infrastructure. A comprehensive security report is available upon request.

SSO and Centralized Directory

Native Active Directory and LDAP integration. Your users log in with their existing credentials, and permissions are managed through your directory.

01

Open API and ERP Connectors

A well-documented REST API to connect Agilium to your ERP, HRIS, or any other business tool. No need to re-enter data; data is synchronized in real time.

02

SaaS or on-premises, depending on your requirements

You choose the hosting option that best fits your IT policy: a cloud deployment managed by our teams or installation on your own servers.

03

Guaranteed Security and Compliance

Data hosted in Europe, container-isolated architecture, TLS 1.3 encryption, and encrypted databases at rest. Independent annual penetration tests and off-site backups round out the security measures. A comprehensive security report is available upon request.

Our clients cover very different sectors : food processing, industry, energy, higher education , each with its own specific configuration.

What concrete benefits can we expect once the system is implemented?

On average, our customers automate 40% of their quality-related tasks (follow-ups, notifications, validations) and have complete traceability for 100% of their quality-related tasks, which significantly reduces the time spent following up, re-entering data, and reconstructing a history prior to an audit.

The Agilium software was developed to be ISO 9001-compliant.

We're a small quality team isn't Agilium overkill for us?

No. Agilium is designed for organizations with 20 to 400 employees, and you only pay for what you need: start with a single module (from €29/month) and expand only when you’re ready, with no rebuild or migration required.

Do we need technical skills to configure Agilium?

No. Forms, workflows, and tracking screens are built with drag-and-drop, no code and no IT involvement required. Your project team takes part directly in the configuration workshops.

What is the difference between a “Reader” account and a “User” account?

A Reader can view and report, but cannot create or manage:

  • View all documents and information (EDM, QMS, Records, Process Diagrams)Consulter tous les documents et informations (GED, SMQ, Enregistrements, Dessin de process)
  • Confirm that a document has been read (read receipt)
  • Report a nonconformity or an opportunity
  • Initiate a workflow or a request in Records
  • Perform an action assigned to them in an action plan

A User has access to all platform features (depending on their assigned roles) and can, in particular:

  • Create a document and participate in document approval workflows
  • Create and manage action plans
  • Conduct and manage audits
  • Analyze nonconformities and manage quality processes

Simple rule: if the person only needs to view information, confirm it, or report an event → Reader. If they need to create, manage, or oversee content or processes → User.

Si elle doit créer, gérer ou piloter du contenu ou des processus Utilisateur.

Can quality management software be integrated with an existing ERP or HRIS system?

Yes, Agilium is designed to integrate with existing tools, such as ERP and HRIS systems, to avoid duplicate data entry and ensure consistency across the company’s systems. This integration allows, for example, for the synchronization of employee data for access permissions or production data for tracking nonconformities.

What is the difference between quality management software and an ERP system?

An ERP system centralizes the company’s overall management (finance, procurement, production, inventory), while quality management software focuses specifically on managing the quality management system: documentation, nonconformities, audits, and action plans. The two tools are complementary, and quality management software such as Agilium can be integrated with the existing ERP system rather than replacing it.

What is the difference between SaaS quality software and on-premises quality software?

In the SaaS model, the software is hosted by the vendor and accessible directly online, without any installation or maintenance required on the client side. With on-premises deployment, the software is installed on the company’s servers, giving the company full control over its infrastructure and data. Agilium offers both deployment models to accommodate the IT and security requirements of each organization.

Is the Agilium quality software compliant with the ISO 9001 standard?

Yes, Agilium is natively compliant with ISO 9001. It was designed to support ISO 9001 compliance efforts, as well as those for ISO 22000, ISO 45001, ISO 17025, and ISO 14001. The platform organizes documentation, audits, and action plans according to the requirements of these standards, making it easier to prepare for and pass certification audits.
