A new business tool in the IT system always raises the same question: Will it add complexity or reduce it? Here are the three points you’ll want to address.

Integration with the Existing System

A tool that doesn’t integrate with your ERP or directory system leads to duplicate data entry, inconsistencies, and an unsolicited maintenance burden. Open and documented REST API, ERP connectors available, real-time data synchronization. Agilium integrates with your IT system without requiring any custom development.

Access Management and Authentication

Manually synchronizing user accounts across your tools is a source of errors and risks. Agilium supports SSO and Active Directory/LDAP integration for centralized identity management.

Data Security and Location

Before any deployment, you need to know where the data is hosted and who has access to it. Agilium data is hosted in Europe. Data hosted in Europe, TLS encryption, and ISO 27001-certified infrastructure. A comprehensive security report is available upon request.

SSO and Centralized Directory

Native Active Directory and LDAP integration. Your users log in with their existing credentials, and permissions are managed through your directory.

01

Open API and ERP Connectors

A well-documented REST API to connect Agilium to your ERP, HRIS, or any other business tool. No need to re-enter data; data is synchronized in real time.

02

SaaS or on-premises, depending on your requirements

You choose the hosting option that best fits your IT policy: a cloud deployment managed by our teams or installation on your own servers.

03

Guaranteed Security and Compliance

Data hosted in Europe, container-isolated architecture, TLS 1.3 encryption, and encrypted databases at rest. Independent annual penetration tests and off-site backups round out the security measures. A comprehensive security report is available upon request.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything You Want to Know About Agilium

A platform designed to centralize your operations, automate your processes, and engage your teams in a more streamlined quality initiative.

How is my data protected against cyberattacks?

We deploy a container-isolated architecture protected by an advanced application security layer. Your data flows are exclusively encrypted using TLS 1.3, and your databases are encrypted at rest. To ensure the integrity of our platform, we perform encrypted off-site backups and subject our entire infrastructure to annual penetration tests (pentests) conducted by independent cybersecurity experts.

Can I use Agilium SMQ while I'm out in the field (offline)?

Agilium Mobile allows your field team to securely access their workflows, documents, and tasks from any device running iOS, Android, or Windows Phone.

This allows you to:

Collect and report various types of data directly in the field, such as: incident reports, customer complaints, service reports, audits or inspections, customer meetings, activity reports, project tracking, time logs, and any other records of your choice. View real-time updates on a project’s progress from anywhere, at any time. Interact with operational processes and make important decisions, such as managing an action plan, approving a document, etc.

Can we access the platform from a tablet or smartphone?

The Agilium platform is fully accessible via PC, tablet, and smartphone. The interface is responsive, ensuring an optimal user experience regardless of the device used.

Is Agilium a multisite platform?

Yes, Agilium allows you to segregate information across your various sites. Each plant can manage its nonconformities independently, without displaying those of other plants if necessary. At the same time, you benefit from shared dashboards that provide a comprehensive overview. This setup is fully customizable to your configuration, ensuring flexibility and confidentiality.

Is Agilium compatible with our information system?

Agilium’s connectors ensure seamless compatibility with your existing information system—for example, by importing your users or databases.

Agilium offers a variety of standard connectors that allow its software to interface with existing management systems (CRM and ERP), including Divalto, Clipper, Obilog, EBP, Sylob, Silog, Minos ERP, Sage, SAP, and others… There’s a very good chance we can connect to your entire IT infrastructure. Contact us to discuss your specific situation in more detail.
Is Agilium multilingual?

Yes. Agilium is available natively in French, English, and German.
It is also possible to add any other languages as needed, depending on the needs of the company and its users.

Can Agilium be deployed as SaaS or on-premises?

Both options are available. You can choose the SaaS model, where we manage the entire infrastructure, updates, and security for you, or opt for an on-premises deployment on your own servers if your IT policy or regulatory requirements dictate it. In both cases, you’ll enjoy the same features and the same level of support. Your choice of hosting model may also change over time: migration support is available if you wish to switch from one plan to the other. Contact us for on-premises pricing.

Where is my data stored?

For the SaaS subscription, your data is hosted exclusively on servers located in Europe (European Union), in accordance with the GDPR. We prioritize using infrastructure in your country—particularly in France and Switzerland—and perform regular backups to ensure the availability of your data under all circumstances.

Can we set up more secure environments for certain types of documents?

Yes. You can set up environments that are more secure than others to ensure confidentiality. Administrators retain access even to archived documents, but these documents are hidden from users. At each level of the classification scheme, you can implement confidentiality or security measures to restrict access. For example, you can restrict access to a salary policy to management only, while the rest remains visible to everyone.

How are access rights managed?

There is one predefined primary role on the Agilium SaaS platform: the Admin role.

The Admin role provides access to app settings, user management, role management, and more.

Other roles are added depending on the application’s context and are created on demand, but they are often prefixed with the name of the application in question.

It is possible to manage permissions on the SaaS platform with a high degree of granularity so that each user has access to the information they need.

When setting up the application, we adjust these settings in collaboration with your internal resources (CIO, manager, or your company’s IT department).
