The price of an additional user depends on the module you subscribe to: €5 per month for the Drawing module, €7 for document management, €9 for quality management and €12 for the Workflow module.
As for read-only access, the first 100 accounts are free, then each additional pack of 100 readers costs €50 per month, with a decreasing rate as you add more packs.

Simple rule: if the person only needs to view information, confirm it, or report an event → Reader. If they need to create, manage, or oversee content or processes → User.

Licenses are valid for one year, but as soon as a person leaves the company, their account is deactivated, and their license becomes available to be assigned to another user.
